STRENGTHENING
Strength training allows you to relieve pressure on your joints and avoid low back pain. Posture aligns your entire body from your muscles to your bones. When you have a good posture, it can correct years of habitual posture damage. By correcting your posture, you’re protecting your spine, avoiding low back pain, and reducing stress on your head and neck. Better posture means better health.
